Ph.D. Student in Computer Science

About

I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science at Hong Kong Baptist University, advised by Dr. Lu Zhang. My research covers deep learning, computational genomics, and large language model agents. My doctoral work develops genome-data-driven disease risk prediction models, studies the practical use of large language models in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and investigates LLM agents in biomedical settings.

Research directions

  1. Developing large language models for traditional Chinese and Western medicine, targeting assisted diagnosis and evidence-based medical information retrieval.
  2. Using deep learning to integrate heterogeneous genomics and electronic health record data for disease risk prediction and interpretive analysis.
